I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
- Click βForgot Passwordβ on the login page.
- Enter your registered email.
- Follow the reset link sent to your inbox.
- Create a new password and log in again.
I didnβt receive the password reset email. What should I do?
- Check your Spam/Junk folder.
- Make sure you entered the correct email address.
- If you still donβt receive it, contact your HR/admin to verify your account.
I forgot my email/username. How can I log in?
Ask your Manager/Administrator to confirm the email address linked to your account.
I entered the correct credentials but still canβt log in. Why?
Possible reasons:
- Your account is inactive or suspended
π Contact your Manager/Administrator to reactivate. - Your browser cache or cookies are blocking login
π Try clearing cache or using incognito mode. - You are using an unsupported browser/device
π Use the latest version of Chrome, Safari, or Edge.<.li>
Why does the screen look different after I log in?
You may have logged into the Desk view instead of the Portal.
π To return to the Portal, click your profile icon on the top right corner and select βPortalβ. Youβll then be redirected and can access the Portal as usual.
