An Organisation Tree is a hierarchical structure that represents how your business locations are organized and connected. It visually maps the relationship between your main organisation and its sub-units.
- Parent Organisation → the main brand or company.
- Child Organisation / Branches → individual stores, outlets, or departments under the parent organisation.

Grouping Options in Organisation Tree
You can organize how your Organisation Tree is displayed by using the Group By filter.
This feature helps you view your branches and units based on different classifications for easier management and reporting.
Available grouping options include:
- None – Displays all branches and units in a single continuous hierarchy (default view).
- Country – Groups branches and units by their registered country.
- Brand – Groups branches and units based on their associated brand.
- Unit Type – Groups units according to their operational classification (e.g., Flagship, Dine-In, Delivery-Only).

What can the Organisation Tree do?
The Organisation Tree helps Franchisors manage and track the structure of their Outlets and Franchisees.
Each outlet or franchisee can store important documents along with their details and expiry dates. This centralised structure allows all related documents to be easily accessed and monitored in one place.
In addition, royalty rates can be defined for each franchisee, enabling automatic royalty calculations every month based on revenue data—either retrieved directly from POS systems or entered manually into the system.
