      • [5d] Untick Send Welcome Email πŸ‘‰ if you do not wish to give the user access immediately. In TreeAMS, a welcome email is an email prompting the user to reset their password. If you still need to complete setup β€” such as permission settings, content access, or task assignment β€” it is recommended to untick this first.
      • [5e] Regional πŸ‘‰ Language and Time Zone are pre-filled with defaults (English / Asia/Singapore). Update these if the user is based in a different region.
      • [5f] Photo πŸ‘‰ optionally attach a user profile image using the Attach button.

        3. Assigning to a unit gives access to that unit only.
      • [5j] Department πŸ‘‰ optionally assign the user to a department.
      • πŸ’‘ You can assign multiple networks (branches and/or units) to a single user.

Disabling a User

In TreeAMS, Disabling a User refers to revoking user access to the platform without permanently deleting their account. A disabled user cannot log in or interact with the system, but their data and permissions are retained.

This feature is useful for situations like staff transitions, extended leave, and even resigned staff members.

⚠️ Important: TreeAMS strongly advises against deleting a user. Each user is linked to critical data, and deletion may cause data loss or system errors.

Take note: After disabling a user, the Team Manager must manually remove the user from all teams they were previously assigned to.
