What is Audit Program?
An Audit Program in TreeAMS is a way to group multiple audits into one combined evaluation. Instead of looking at each audit separately, you can bring them together to get a more complete picture of performance.
You can also assign weightage to each audit, since some areas may be more important to your business than others. For example, you might give higher weightage to Food Safety audits compared to Customer Service audits if food safety is your top priority.
This allows you to see outlet or franchisee performance in a balanced way, based on what matters most to your business.
How to Create an Audit Program?
- Go to Admin Site (Desk). Learn how you can switch to Admin Site (Desk) here!
- Select Content
- Click Content Library
- Click + Add Content Library
- For the content type, select Audit Program. Refer to Content Types: Blocks vs Collections to learn more about different content types available on TreeAMS
- Add the Audit Program name
- Before we continue, click Save
- To start adding the audits, click Collection Editor
- Click Add New Section
- Add the Section Name
- Click Update
- Drag and drop the Audit dynamic block and select the audit you want to add to this Audit Program. If you don't have any audits, go to Content Block: Audit to create one!
- This is optional, but you may also add the Weightage for each audit.
- Click Add Block when you're done!
- To add more audits, you can repeat Step 12-14
- Click Save





What is a section? A Section is a group of content blocks within a content collection. In this context, a Section can include one or more audits.
