In TreeAMS, Products are managed in three main parts: Product Level, Product Cart, and Product Order. These help businesses manage inventory, prepare sales, and keep order history well-organized.

Product Level

In TreeAMS, Product Level is:

  • Designed for physical stock count.
  • Shows how many items are actually available.

Product Cart

In TreeAMS, Product Cart is:

  • Used to create new orders.
  • Stores orders that are not yet approved.
  • Can use it as a draft list before final confirmation.

Product Order

In TreeAMS, Product Order is:

  • Contains approved and completed orders.
  • Works as a receipt list for past transactions.
  • Also used to keep a record of delivered orders using the receipt list feature.
