What is Reports in TreeAMS?

Report in TreeAMS is a feature for real-time monitoring and analysis of activities (checklists, audits, trainings, etc.) across all locations.
Two Report Views:

• List View – Shows each task as a detailed row: who did it, location, start/end dates, status, and any corrective actions. Best for drilling into individual records or exporting raw data.
• Pivot View – Displays a summary matrix (location × date) with color-coded statuses (Open, Closed, In Progress, Completed). Best for quick comparison across multiple sites and dates and spotting trends at a glance.
