I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

  • Click β€œForgot Password” on the login page.
  • Enter your registered email.
  • Follow the reset link sent to your inbox.
  • Create a new password and log in again.

I didn’t receive the password reset email. What should I do?

  • Check your Spam/Junk folder.
  • Make sure you entered the correct email address.
  • If you still don’t receive it, contact your HR/admin to verify your account.

I forgot my email/username. How can I log in?

Ask your Manager/Administrator to confirm the email address linked to your account.

I entered the correct credentials but still can’t log in. Why?

Possible reasons:

  • Your account is inactive or suspended

  • Your browser cache or cookies are blocking login
    πŸ‘‰ Try clearing cache or using incognito mode.
  • You are using an unsupported browser/device

Why does the screen look different after I log in?

You may have logged into the Desk view instead of the Portal.
πŸ‘‰ To return to the Portal, click your profile icon on the top right corner and select β€œPortal”. You’ll then be redirected and can access the Portal as usual.

Can I use one email for a shared user, so it’s counted as one user in the system but used by multiple people?

Yes, it’s possible, but it’s not recommended.
Using one shared user makes it difficult to track individual accountability, performance, and activity history. It can also affect audit accuracy and data reliability. For best practice, each user should have their own account.

Can I stop receiving task email notifications?

Yes, you can. However, please note that disabling email notifications will also stop other important emails, including:

  • New user password reset emails
  • Product order emails sent to suppliers

What happens if storage is full?

When storage is full, you won’t be able to upload new content or add photos to your tasks. You have two options:

  1. Upgrade storage to increase your available capacity.
  2. Delete existing files that are no longer needed to free up space.

This ensures storage is managed efficiently and work can continue without delays.
