Why can't I find the TreeAMS app on App or Play Store?
Because TreeAMS uses a Progressive Web App (PWA), not a native app. You access TreeAMS through your browser and can add it to your home screen like an app.
Why PWA?
- No app download required — access instantly via a browser.
- Always up to date — updates happen automatically without reinstalling.
- Cross-device support — works on desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- App-like experience — full-screen mode, fast loading, and notifications.
💡 Tip: Use “Add to Home Screen” from your browser to launch TreeAMS like a native app.
Are you an HR system/HRMS?
No, TreeAMS is not an HRMS. What we do is clock in / clock out and recorded time with geolocation — rather than core HR functions like payroll, recruitment, or employee records.
Are you an ERP system?
No, TreeAMS is not an ERP system. It provides basic stock and product management for small to mid-sized businesses, including stock checks, product sales, disposal, transfers, returns, and order management.
Which devices are supported?
TreeAMS supports desktop, tablet, and mobile browsers.
Some features (e.g., barcode scanning or attendance) may work best on mobile or tablet, while others (e.g., Insight, Finance Entry) are available only on desktop or tablet.

Refer back to the problems the customer shared during the sales meeting and align them with the onboarding program’s success criteria. At this stage, it’s also helpful to reconfirm the pain points by asking, “Did I miss anything?” as some team members may not have been involved in the sales process.
