I just created a new scheduled checklist but why does the report show that my checklists are closed for today?

It seems like the scheduled time has already passed. The scheduler is strict with time. For example, if you create a daily task at 10:00 AM with a 3-hour completion window, the task will be automatically closed at 13:00 PM. Make sure to open and complete the task within the deadline you’ve set.

Can schedules be edited after creation?

Yes. You (Task Creator) can update the Task Completion Time and the assigned users from the Portal -> Assignment. Changes will apply to future tasks.

Can I have different content for different Department / Location?

Yes to both! We have a multi level filtering function. The content can be filtered by the network, department and unit type (if any – example: Kiosk, Restaurant, etc).

Can training videos be sourced from platforms other than YouTube (e.g. Google Drive or other LMS platforms that provide links)?

Yes. TreeAMS supports external training video sources such as Google Drive or other LMS platforms. You can use either a direct link or an embed link, as long as it is accessible.
