Why is my Insights not showing?

  • 👉 Teams are at branch instead of unit level
    Your Insights are not showing because the team assigned to the task is set at the branch level instead of the unit level. Insights only capture data from unit-level assignments.
  • 👉 Weightage and performance indicator have not been set
    Weightage and performance indicators have not been set yet. Please check with your Client Success (CS) team to help configure them.
  • 👉 Incorrect team permission has been assigned to the user
    Your team permission may not be set correctly. Only users with Viewer or Team Manager roles in the related team are allowed to view Insights.

Where can I access Insights? Are they available on mobile devices?

Insights are available on laptops and iPads only, as they are designed for larger screens to display charts and data accurately.
Insights are not optimized for mobile phones, but you can still access them by enabling Desktop Mode in your mobile browser.
