What's New
POS Dashboard
We're excited to introduce the POS Sales Analytics Dashboard — a centralised sales view designed to help operations teams monitor outlet performance and compare trends across periods. The dashboard supports both Business View and Unit View, covering four period options: This Week, This Month, This Quarter, and This Year.

The dashboard helps you:
- Monitor sales KPIs across outlets in one place
- Compare performance against the previous period
- Analyse sales by hour, meal slot, payment type, and menu category
- Identify top and underperforming units at a glance
Dashboard Highlights
- Business View (Single Branch)
  Best for: Executive overview of one branch and its units, with features as below.
  - Total Revenue (Recurring Fees, Unit Revenue, Product Sales)
  - Total Expenses (Grouped by category)
  - Actual vs Budget Revenue Trend (Monthly view)
  - Expense Trend by Category
  - Financial Statement Pivot (24 months comparison) - Next Release
- Unit View (Multiple Branches)
  Best for: Comparing unit performance across branches, with features as below.
  - Revenue, Expenses, Fees, Internal & External Purchases (with YoY comparison)
  - Monthly Revenue Trend by:

    - Unit Type (future-ready)
  - Pivot view with hierarchical breakdown

Content Setup
Enabled content updates for scheduled assignments, improved flexibility when managing scheduled assignment-linked content.
Network
Adding saving logic options to ensure field values are applied only to the current branch, preventing unintended cross-branch updates.
Portal Notification
Improved handling of the “Load More” button to ensure proper rendering and smoother user experience.
Finance Entry
Added proper error handling when discarding edited draft entries to prevent data inconsistencies.
Improved back-button navigation to ensure users are redirected to the correct page.
Assignment
Filtered out “Synced” content from the assignment content list to improve clarity and reduce duplication.
Team
Added team type handling logic based on subscription plan to ensure correct team type access.
Product Order
Changed status of "Receipt" to "Closed".
Issue
Automatically captures "Closed Date"and "Issue Resolution Time" when an issue is auto-closed.
Enhanced portal filtering for more precise issue searches.

What's New

Workflow User Assignment
Workflow can now be assigned to an individual user.

Highlights:
- You can assign multiple users from multiple units at once
- You can also assign a scheduler for improved business process
- Simple and easy with minimal flow changes in assignment setup

Task Portal
- Adjust audit and checklist corrective actions deadline to update task deadline when it's larger than the current task deadline
- Enhanced task comment throttling to prevent comment duplication
- Enhance task access validation to prevent starting task before start time match
Report Portal
- Add brand filter in report list view and pivot view
- Add Thai, Hindi, Chinese, Vietnamese font language to enhance multi-language report generation
Issue Tracker
- Add search bar on asset option dropdown
Desk User Profile
- Add new simplified user profile page and auto-syncing brand with selected network
- Add user terms of use
- Adjust user profile information in portal to match user profile desk fields
Login
- Enhance login redirection for portal user to prevent access to desk page
Assignment
- Remove 24-hour restriction in scheduler completion time setup
Products
- Add image container to all product lists in Product Level, Product Cart, and Product Order portal page
Library
- Remove multiple PDF rendering in PWA and replace with single select trigger with thumbnails
