What is the TreeAMS Scorecard?

The TreeAMS Scorecard is an operations performance benchmarking tool that gives you a clear view of how your outlets are doing across different modules and how they compare against others in your network.

You can view performance at branch or unit level, and set the reporting period to monthly, quarterly, or annually depending on what you need.

The real value is in what you can see when you look at everything together.

For example:

• An outlet's sales are dropping. Are their audit scores slipping too? Is training completion falling behind?

• Corrective actions keep coming up at the same location. Could it be an asset issue that needs replacing?

• A branch is underperforming against peers. Where exactly is the gap — Finance, Audit, or Training?
